A Pisces can turn a puddle into an ocean and a cardboard tube into a telescope. The world is good. The world in a Pisces’s head has extra sparkles.

2. We’re creative

Painting, music, stories, dance. Pisces are the artists of the zodiac. I play the saxophone. Badly, some say. Beautifully, I say.

3. We’re kind

A Pisces feels what other people feel. If you’re sad, we’ll be sad with you, and then we’ll find a way to cheer you up.

4. We’re ruled by Neptune

Neptune is the planet of dreams and the deep blue sea. It’s very far away and very blue. So are my thoughts, most afternoons.

5. We’re gentle

Pisces don’t like shouting, pushing or arguing. We prefer floating, humming and making friends with snails.

6. We understand people

You don’t always have to explain things to a Pisces. We often just know. It’s not magic. It’s paying attention with our whole heart.

7. We forgive easily

A Pisces doesn’t hold on to grumpy feelings. They float away, like bubbles. Pop.

8. We’re two fish in one

The Pisces symbol is two fish swimming in opposite directions. That means we can see things from both sides. It also means we’re sometimes late, because we went both ways.

9. We find magic in ordinary things

A rainbow in a puddle. A song on the radio at just the right moment. A Pisces notices the little bits of wonder everyone else rushes past.

10. We dream big

And sometimes, if we dream hard enough, the dreams come true. Ask any Pisces. Ask them slowly. They might be daydreaming.
